The Nuwai TM-310H is a single LED 1 AAA powered pocket
light. The LED in this little monster is a little different
from a normal 5mm LED. It's still 5mm in diameter, but
it has 6 bond wires inside, indicating that it is really
3 LEDs in one (more or less...).
A step-up circuit is used to boost the power of the
single AAA battery and a smooth reflector catches the
light and sends it forward in a smooth beam. A plastic
lens protects the front of the light, and a clip on
the side allows it to be clipped onto a hat for hands-free
use.
Clip Detail
The switch is a tactical-type. Press in
for momentary, twist for constant on. Loosen 1 full
turn to lock out the swtich and prevent accidental activation.

(Pre-production sample - production sample is slightly
different)
Output is in the form of a wide beam with a concentrated
spot in the center. Color tinting is slightly bluish.
Output is about the same or slightly greater than many
single LED lights powered by a step-up circuit.

Battery life has been determined by an independent
third party to be about 2½ hours to 50% brightness
(diminishing throughout) with a normal AAA, and about
3½ hours to 50% brightness with one of the new
Energizer L92 lithium AAA batteries. The L92 provides
much more stable output with the light output diminishing
only slightly until around the 3 hour mark.
Size vs common 2AA aluminum light
There is an O-ring to help seal the tailcap. I would
give it a definite "splashable" rating, but
anything more may be pushing it. If it gets wet inside
just disassemble and let it dry.
What I Liked: Bright output
What I Didn't Like: Nothing significant
Other Things I Noticed:
Conclusions: Very small pocket
light - one of the smallest AAA lights available. Quite
bright for its size.
