These are really neat bulbs for 110V systems. You use
them as direct low-output replacements for "normal"
base light bulbs.
Body: The bulbs have a metal base just like
a normal E26 base bulb (normal household bulb base),
but have a white plastic area at the top of the base
which contains the circuitry. Perched on top of the
white plastic base is a white plastic dome. I could
not get them open to see what is inside, but it is advertised
as having a 1W LED tucked under the dome. The dome lights
up evenly all the way around when powered up.
The bulbs are available in a variety of colors including
cool white at around 6500K, and warm white at around
3500K. The big advantage to using these lights is that
they should never need replacing. Use in hard to reach
places would be a great application for these bulbs.
I would strongly recommend against their use in conventional
ovens or microwave ovens.
Per the seller these bulbs only consume 1.5W, so are
very energy efficient.
Output: They aren't super bright but they are
bright enough for accent lighting applications. The
cool white, green, and blue are the brightest. Would
be great for parties if you replace some of your lamp
bulbs with some different colored bulbs.

Conclusions: Lots of applications
for mood lighting or accent lighting. Beyond that I'm
not too sure because of the low light output levels.
They produce much less light than your average refrigerator
bulb, for example. However, the colors are great and
they just plain look cool.
